Hurrah for the County Air Ambulance - again
The distinctive red helicopter of the County Air Ambulance landed in the field behind Little Gidding this afternoon(Wednesday).
It was called to assist with a person who was taken ill at The Ebrington Arms.
This excellent ambulance service, which has been called to Ebrington on a number of occasions, receives no government funding and relies totally upon voluntary funds.
It provides a rapid response to the most life threatening medical emergencies and remote destinations and deserves all the support that we can give it.
It deserves all the support it can get in providing such a vital service.

Is it normal for staff to come round fund raising and asking for bank account details. My wife answered the door, he had Id with a picture of him and a pilot. This seems strange in these times of fraud, and it could alarm the elderly.
