Antique Toys for Christmas at Chorleys December Sale

Chorley’s sale on Thursday 10th December will have a Christmas feel to it as the saleroom cabinets and shelves will be full of toys, games and trains.
Co-incidentally, eight clients instructed us to sell their cherished possessions within three weeks of each other, all in time to give the sale a 1940s
Christmas card look.
Hornby DubloBoxed Hornby ‘O’ gauge trains, rolling stock and buildings, many in mint condition, form the backbone of the toy section. Tinplate toys from an
earlier generation are also on offer, with English and German clockwork lorries, cars, motorcycles and aeroplanes waiting to take off. Early 20th century teddy bears and dolls are also included and, as well as Dinky, Corgi and Matchbox toys, there are modern boxed similar vehicles. Superb quality
Hornby Dublo1/43rd scale die-cast models by Brooklin, Lansdowne and Kenna may well be much cheaper than their original purchase price but may well prove to be a positive investment for the future.
