On Saturday afternoon 5th December the University of Gloucestershire welcomes you to a wonderful opportunity to bid for 50 magnificent signed photographic prints from both students and leading photographers.
This is a chance to walk away with fantastic photographs by pioneering photographers and talented photographers of the future with prices starting from as little as £50. The Auction will take place in the newly refurbished University of Gloucestershire Pittville Campus Gallery in Albert Road, Cheltenham. With the help of a guest auctioneer from Mallams Auctioneers Cheltenham, the afternoon promises to be energetic and exhilarating.
The auction is to raise funds for the London graduation show by final year Photography-Editorial & Advertising students planned for May next year.
Images include photographs of Kate Moss and a portrait of England and Manchester United footballer Rio Ferdinand by leading editorial photographer Mark Guthrie. Other items consist of a signed book from Magnum photo agency photographer Chris Steele-Perkins, and photos from Mel Bles, Mike Crawford, Gino Sprio and Lorentz Gullachsen.
Viewing starts at 2pm. Auction begins at 2.30.
