Jekka and Jekyll at Whichford PotteryWhichford Pottery was established in 1976 by Jim and Dominique Keeling. It is a family run business and has become perhaps the most renowned maker of English top quality, frost resistant terracotta planters and pots all made by hand on potters wheels, using traditional methods.
Jim Keeling employs a team of twenty local potters- most of whom were trained by him. His pots are made from local clay and are designed, crafted, fired and sold on the same premises.

Whichford Pottery are back at the Chelsea Flower Show this year on Main Avenue 9.

Jekka McVicar is a Chelsea Gold Medallist. Jekka's Herb Farm was born from a passion. Jekka and Mac McVicar first started planting organic herbs in 1984, on a small patch at their home in Bristol. A passion that outgrew their garden resulted in the move to Alveston in 1987, at which time the Farm was growing 26 varieties of herbs; this has now increased to over 600 varieties, each one expertly hand raised and benefiting from years of experience in growing high quality organic herbs.
Their reputation has gone from strength to strength. Since 1993 they have achieved 59 RHS Gold Medals exhibiting herbs at flower shows around the country, including Best Floral Exhibit at Hampton Court in 2007 and 12 Chelsea Golds.

Jekka will also have her organic herbs for sale and will be on hand to give advice.

Paul Williams is an accomplished plantsman and author. In common with Miss Jekyll, Paul has a passion for plants and uses foliage and colour to achieve a practical and stunning effect.
Paul is based in South Warwickshire and is a garden designer, horticultural consultant, author and write, broadcaster and lecturer.
Paul writes for BBC Gardeners World magazine and does a regular phone-in gardening show for BBC Radio Oxford.
