Avon Dassett Soap Box Derby is back again this year

Saturday 15 June 2013 marks the return of the annual Soapbox Derby to Avon Dassett for the 6th consecutive year.
This is a fantastic fun filled family event, that just gets bigger and better each year, attracting a growing number of visitors from throughout Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire.

This year, at the time of writing, we have 8 confirmed entrants plus a sidecar demonstration and expect many more prior to race day.
This is a charity fundraising event with the proceeds raised from the sale of raffle tickets, and donations, being split between the Warwickshire Air Ambulance and BLESMA (British Limbless Ex Service Men’s Association) charities.

Practice starts at 11:00 Racing starts at 13:00 Racing finishes at 17:00

Lambeth is a borough in Central London that is quickly developing into a business and cultural hub. Along the River Thames is a pedestrianised area running next to the river Thames called the 'South Bank' which is a great destination for tourists and locals alike.
