Chiefs Defeat Worcester by 59-7

Gallagher Premiership became heated conversation among locals in Broadway, as Jonny Hill and Sam Simmonds scored hat tricks for Exeter Chiefs. The below-strength Worcester Warriors were dominated brutally by a nine-try win of Exeter.

The bonus points were wrapped within 30 minutes by the host. An excellent attempt by Jack Nowell further push the club towards victory as Simmonds twice went over along with Hill’s first.

Nowell, however, displayed sheer strength while dragging three defenders along with him as he pinned the fourth try in the right corner with the bonus-point. The shot got assisted by Simmond’s blindside move from the back of the defense line. Exeter completed the opening half with a 38-0 lead.

Exeter Chiefs tight defense laid off Worcester as they were quickly gaining possessions. In 56th minutes, Jacques Vermeulen’s try took Exeter’s tally over 50 points and Simmonds completed his hat trick with the next 10 minutes.

While the clock was 10 minutes away from ticking the victory of The Chiefs, Ashley Beck gained some confidence in the fans by scoring the first points. At the end of the game, Worcester got succumbed to a 52 point defeat.
