Extraordinary concert in Blockley Church Gloucestershire

On Wednesday, 10th July a concert with a difference is to be held in the beautiful surroundings of Blockley village church.
A programme of music ranging from Baroque to Swing will be played by the Blechblaserensemble Wolfhagen (Wolfhagen Brass Ensemble) who will be visiting Blockley as part of their 2013 Summer Tour.

The brass ensemble comprises 20 adults and 7 children together with around 13 other drummers and singers.

The evening will begin with complimentary wine and nibbles at 7.15pm served in the church, followed by a packed programme of music across the ages, commencing at 8.00pm.

All proceeds from this event are to go to the upkeep and restoration of Blockley Church
