After almost a quarter of a century serving traditional British puddings to the nation, and beyond, The Pudding Club proudly launches three of its’ most popular puddings into branches of Waitrose, nationwide.

For the first time, individual portions, in cute 115-120g pots are available in store, together with family size 465-495g puddings to share. Individual puddings retail at £1.69 and family size puddings are £3.99.

Treacle PuddingThe range kicks off with perennial favourites – Sticky Toffee and Date and Treacle Pudding, and a new favourite amongst pudding lovers, Ginger Syrup Pudding, a moist ginger sponge topped with stem ginger. Hundreds of thousands of people have enjoyed traditional British puddings at meetings of The Pudding Club over its’ 24 year history, and these three flavours have consistently won the vote of Pudding Clubbers, making them true winners.

By launching the range into Waitrose, The Pudding Club is responding to requests from pudding lovers to make these deliciously unbeatable puddings available on the high street, not just exclusively at its’ home -Three Ways House in the Cotswold village of Mickleton.

Whilst other hot puddings are available for sale in supermarket chilled cabinets up and down the country, none of them match the quality and provenance of these delicious favourites. Unlike other puddings you find on supermarket shelves, Pudding Club puddings are substantial and satisfying, just like the ones served at meetings of The Pudding Club. The quality of the puddings has been achieved by using wholesome ingredients and steaming – the same way as sponge puddings are cooked at the Home of The Pudding Club, resulting in moist and fulfilling puddings, the way a pudding should be.

Pudding makers have visited The Pudding Club and gone on to retail puddings like those produced by The Club, but none have matched the standard.

This is what so many people have been asking for, over so many years, here it is, go for it, join The Pudding Club community and DIG IN! at a Waitrose near you, or visit

Morris Leslie plant hire company rises from losing millions to investing £70m

Perthshire plant hire giant Morris Leslie was hit hard by the Covid 19 pandemic, however the company was struggling before that because of Brexit. Six months before Covid 19 shut down building sites and locked down the UK the company Morris Leslie has already experienced tough times. Uncertainty because of Brexit had already caused building projects to be shut down or paused causing a much lower demand for plant hires and sales. This slowdown had caused an oversupply of construction equipment meaning more competition and so reduced prices. Then Covid 19 hit and the group’s vehicle auctions and Sunday car boot market were shut down.
